WHO SETS THEM

Nobody sets the fees. There is no company behind MONEU and no exchange in the middle. The rules are in the software and every node checks them for itself.

WHERE THEY GO

The fee for a transfer goes to whoever mines the block that carries it, together with the block reward. Nothing is taken out for the project.

HOW MUCH

A transfer pays whichever is larger: a floor of 1000 wage, or one wage for every byte of the transfer. A plain transfer weighs about a thousand bytes, so the size decides in practice.

Spending several coins at once makes a transfer heavier, because each one carries its own proof. Leave the fee out and the wallet works it out for you.

DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

There are none. Coins move directly from one address to another on the chain. No service holds them on your behalf.
